提案するシェアは暮らしのなかの視覚的出会いから、少しずつ相手に興味を抱き、徐々にお互いの好きを共にする自然なシェアの始まり方です。ひとつの敷地にみんなが集まって暮らすことで、街にはたくさんの好きが溢れ出す。集まるほどに、新しい好きの発見が増えていきます。この提案を可能にするのが「すりガラス」による暮らしの滲み出しです。
The sharing proposed here begins with subtle visual encounters in everyday life—sparking small curiosities that gradually grow into shared interests.By gathering and living together on a single site, individual “likes” begin to spill out into the neighborhood, filling it with diverse expressions of life.The more people come together, the more new discoveries emerge.
What makes this possible is the gentle diffusion of daily life through frosted glass—allowing presence to softly seep through without fully revealing it.

従来の間取りではすりガラスを入れても表面的な暮らししか滲み出ません。そこで小さな暮らしを塔状に積み上げる形態にすることで、いろいろな方向から暮らしが滲み出すようにしました。塔の形態は煙突効果や低重心に貢献し、また街に新たなシンボルを作ることにも繋がる。雨の街を賑やかにする建築物になると信じています。
In conventional layouts, even with frosted glass, only a surface layer of daily life tends to seep through.
By stacking small living units into a tower-like form, this proposal allows life to diffuse in multiple directions.
The tower form also contributes to the stack effect and a stable, low center of gravity, while creating a new symbol for the city.
I believe it can become an architecture that brings vibrancy to a rainy urban landscape.
